Information we collect

When you join the LaneVanta waitlist, we collect your name, email address, equipment type, optional truck count, and your consent to receive launch-related updates.

Website attribution

When you visit LaneVanta through a referral or campaign link, we may collect limited source information such as campaign parameters, the page you landed on, and the referring website. We use this information to understand how people discover LaneVanta.

This attribution information may be stored temporarily in your browser session so it remains available if you navigate between pages before joining the waitlist. We do not use this feature to create a cross-site tracking profile.

How we use it

We use this information to manage the LaneVanta launch waitlist, understand prospective carrier needs, measure how people discover the website, and send the updates you agreed to receive.

Security and abuse prevention

We use security controls, including Cloudflare Turnstile and request rate limiting, to protect the waitlist from automated abuse. Technical information such as your IP address may be processed during these security checks.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate and secure the website and store submitted information. They process information as needed to provide those services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Retention

We retain waitlist information only as needed to manage the launch list and related legal or operational requirements. A more specific production retention schedule will be established before LaneVanta begins full commercial operations.

Your choices

You may choose not to join the waitlist. If you join, you may later ask LaneVanta to stop sending launch-related communications or request that your waitlist information be deleted, subject to applicable legal requirements.
